Here are some pictures of a kitchen we rebuilt in Hanover.  This is what the kitchen used to look like.  The back of the microwave in this picture is about even with the where the new refrigerator sits. This picture was taken with a non-digital camera

We first constructed a small addition on the side of the house.    The old exterior wall was even with the dog leg in the island. The client chose granite, supplied by Gerrity Stone, for the island, and a wood edge laminate top for the rest of the counter surface,  a choice which maximized the beauty of the kitchen while holding down costs.  The cabinets are frameless.
